We’re excited to share another step forward for Meadowtail Farm — our greenhouse is now up and running! 🌿

This new space will allow us to grow seedlings outdoors in a more controlled environment, helping us extend the growing season and learn more about raising healthy crops from seed.

The greenhouse itself is reclaimed, as we always try to reuse and repurpose items wherever possible rather than throwing them away. Giving things a second life is something we believe is important, both environmentally and practically.

Inside the greenhouse, we’re also using propagation heat mats to help seeds germinate more successfully and give young plants the warmth they need during colder periods.

The greenhouse is already becoming an important part of our learning journey as we continue building our knowledge before one day moving onto our own land.

Every small step like this brings Meadowtail Farm closer to the future we’re working towards 🌱
